This policy covers hackbig.com and the product domains that point to it. It is published by HACKBIG TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (One Person Company), CIN U62011TS2025OPC204131, 8th Floor, Tower 1, Vasavi Sky City, Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032 ("Hackbig", "we").
If you only browse the site
We don't use cookies, ad trackers or fingerprinting. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address briefly to deliver pages and protect the site. We don't store it.
If you join a waitlist

We don't sell or share your email. Our only processor for this data is Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database. Before we send any launch email, we'll update this policy if we add an email provider.
How long we keep it
Until the product launches plus 12 months, or until you leave the waitlist, whichever comes first. After you leave, we keep only a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your email (not the email itself) and the date, for one year, as a record that we honoured your request. Then that's deleted too.
Your rights
- See the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: use Leave a waitlist, or write to grievance@hackbig.com.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you can't.
- Complain to our Grievance & Contact Officer (details on the grievance page). If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The waitlists are for people aged 18 and over. If you think a child has signed up, write to us and we'll delete the record.
Security
Data is stored in Cloudflare's database service with access limited to Hackbig's operator. We keep logs of requests without email addresses. If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change affects data we already hold, we'll ask again before using it in a new way.
